Today more than ever this is a question that needs to be answered. Outing Injustice was formed for the sole purpose of presenting cases where there appears to be evidence of wrongdoing by those we entrust with our safety and our lives. Complicit corruption has been with us for as long as laws, lawmakers and law enforcement have existed. The biggest difference today is our ability to discover and reveal these injustices. That is our goal, discover and reveal.
Outing Injustice will not make accusations without supportive evidence, in fact what we present we hope will show the reader the injustice in each case.
Our 1st case involves an FBI agent who, according to the evidence presented, is implicated in several violations of the law. Those include, perjury to a judge about her credentials, perjury in a sword request for a search warrant and misrepresenting her credentials when seeking a position with the FBI.
The agent's falsified credentials and testimony led to the arrest and conviction of an innocent person. Someone who today is still in prison and all of his fillings for him to be released, the fillings that request his reevaluation of his case, the 2255 and more are being suppressed. This case is a prime example of injustice for selfish motivations. Our law enforcement SHOULD not put their careers ahead of what they have sworn an oath to protect. Does power exceed our constitutional right? More often than not is does and we here at Outing Injustice want to expose as much of this as possible.
