Our first case comes out of Denver Colorado. According to the evidence presented to the court, an FBI agent is implicated in an ongoing scheme to defraud & multiple perjuries to the courts to perpetuate the scheme.

      The agent seems to claim she has credentials and accreditations that court documents show she does not possess. Claiming these credentials not only gained her employment with the FBI, but it also ultimately placed her as lead investigator in a field that she had never investigated prior. One she has no previous training or experience in. Nor the base credentials to begin to train for. The result was disasters for the government. (Even more so for the Victims now in prison)

     So much so the Government has seemingly falsified documents, withheld evidence and used testimony they knew to be false to gain a conviction.
This evidence was acquired from court documents filed by the defendant that are being suppressed from public view. The final motion for Summary Judgement filed by the victim which we have acquired was filed on April 26th, 2021.

FBI agents’ disastrous investigation seems to have directly caused millions in Investor losses.

 Another disturbing fact uncovered is that the millions of dollars of investor losses stem directly from the disastrous investigation that led to the suspension in trading of FusionPharm Inc. The DOJ & the SEC were led to believe by the FBI agent in Charge that the company in question was a Ponzi scheme. One that was using drug money as sales revenue. This was quickly proved NOT to be the case! However, the damage was done and irrevocable. So now to not have investors suing the government for the losses caused by the FBI agents’ gross incompetence, they railroad two businessmen and force the wind down of the public company to conceal their mistake.
