In a complaint filed last week citing Waste, Fraud and Abuse the documents show what appears to be multiple perjuries and an ongoing fraud scheme. Special Agent Kate E Funk wife of Ex star DOJ Prosecutor T Markus Funk and the Denver DOJ are at the center of this complaint. The complaint claims the Denver DOJ used testimony they know to be false, fraud, material misrepresentation and falsified documents in an attempt to cover up agent Funks disastrous assumptions. ATT: FRAUD,WASTE & ABUSE/WHISTLE-BLOWER DEPT

     I would like to file a claim citing Fraud,Waste & Abuse. Enclosed are suppressed court documents that show FBI Special Agent Kate E Funk wife of former DOJ Prosecutor T Markus Funk, seems to have been defrauding the federal government and the Federal Courts by claiming to have credentials that she does not posses for the last 12 years. In addition you will see exhibits that show the corruption between the DOJ and the SEC to conceal this and cover up the botched investigation that lead to this discovery.

Due to the extraordinary steps and crimes committed by the FBI, DOJ and SEC to cover this up, I would like to be protected by your office as a whistle-blower as I fear retaliation.
